More About Jerry Staab

Jerry Staab and his wife Mary live on their farm south of Rose Hill. Jerry had a 50 year career in aviation and holds FAA pilots and mechanics certificates and was the owner of aviation repair and manufacturing facilities. Jerry was a technical representative for Teledyne and managed aircraft engine programs in South East Asia. He pioneered the startup of the aircraft accident investigation department at Teledyne. He became employed by Beech Aircraft as an aircraft accident investigator and retired after 24 years of service as manager of aircraft accident investigations. For the past 20 years he has had government contracts teaching aircraft accident investigation at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City.
