Josh Harder and his wife, Ruth Ann, live on their family farm east of El Dorado. They have five children Ellie 10, Caleb 8, Todd 6, Annie 3 and Jenny 4. Harder has worked on the family farm for the past five years and prior to that was owner/operator of Harder Remodeling. Harder is active in his church, serving as trustee
